In October 2010 I met a boy dressed in a bee costume and my life changed forever. 8 years and 3 kids later our family is complete. We aren't perfect and that is pretty much what this blog is about... striving to always be happy as we try our best to raise happy, healthy kids. Always trying to get better and enjoying the journey along the way.
Meet the hive: Lucille is our 4 year old daughter, Lennon, our 3 year old son and we'll call our infant son and final member of our hive is Truman. They fill our days with love and laughter, but getting them to sleep and eat well... Always a challenge.
We all have different challenges as parents and we all have different goals. And that's what makes things interesting. I'm not blogging because I think how I do things is the definitive best way or I think I have answers for other mom's. I'm blogging to record the journey. Our triumphs, our failures and all the joy and sorrow we've shared along the way. I don't necessarily have the right answers, but I'm trying to find what works for our hive. I'm certain that my hive's journey will have aspects that every family can relate to at least from time to time and I hope we can enjoy each other's experiences and maybe even help each other out along the way.
